Cedarware Corporation Joins STMicroelectronics Partner Program to Accelerate Time To Market For New and Existing Amazon Sidewalk Customer Designs

Cedarware Corporation, a design and low-volume production services provider, announced that it has joined the STMicroelectronics Partner Program to make its AWS Sidewalk design, development, and bulk manufacturing “HSM” based experience accessible to customers of STMicroelectronics new and existing products. Cedarware brings an in-depth knowledge of low-power remote and battery-operated device design and configuration, enabling them to integrate Amazon Sidewalk into new devices or existing designs to get the long range of Amazon Sidewalk LoRa and BLE.

STMicroelectronics, a global semiconductor leader serving customers across the spectrum of electronics applications, created the ST Partner Program to speed customer development efforts by identifying and highlighting companies with complementary products and services. Moreover, the program’s certification process assures that all partners are periodically vetted for quality and competence. “Cedarware’s knowledge of the ST portfolio and key expertise can help customers meet design challenges and shorten development time,” said Alessandro Maloberti, Partner Ecosystem Director at STMicroelectronics. “ST’s review and vetting of ST Authorized Partners has enabled us to build a strong ecosystem of qualified and skilled partners who can enhance customers’ developments with advanced technologies and multiple services to accelerate the design of their projects and solutions.”

Cedarware’s target markets and applications for Amazon Sidewalk include industrial, consumer-electronics, automotive, thermostats, IoT devices, home-use therapeuatic and medical devices, and more. “Cedarware’s value is bringing our experience integrating STMicroelectronics WBL and WBA series into new and existing designs. We can also set up complete bulk provisioning and productions with HSM devices,” said Steven Meyer, President of Cedarware.
